Wondering how the loan process works?

Not sure where to start? Here you’ll find our process – a virtual timeline for what it’s like to work with us! From our first conversation to after you close your loan, we’re here to walk you through it.
Worried about finding our office? Don’t worry – our location is easily accessible and are located in Mesa, AZ. If you are not able to meet us, you can sit back and let us do the heavy lifting. We can do everything over the phone or online – and we’ll even come to you for closing.

Step 1: Get in touch with us!

Let us know how you prefer to be contacted and we will work with you to make it as easy as possible. We can communicate via e-mail or talk on the phone. Once we have made the connection, we will match you with your mortgage consultant. (Do not worry, this is not a call center environment. We simply understand that you will need the best person for your needs. We will quickly identify who can serve you best). They will be your go-to person.

Step 2: We’ll chat.

In our first conversation, we will ask you some questions about what you need and what you’re looking for in a lender AND in a loan. Then we’ll provide you with whatever loan options that fit your needs and offer expert advice to help you meet your goals. We will
evaluate your needs and help you choose from a variety of loan options, including fixed, adjustable-rate and FHA loans. With our years of experience, we will precisely match you with a loan and a mortgage payment you can feel comfortable and live with.

Step 3: We’ll set you up with an application.

Once we find the loan option you that fits your needs, we’ll designate a time when we can go over your application (in person or over the phone). Don’t worry – we can also do this online, using our secure application, and make it easy to review and approve the application. If any part of this seems confusing, your mortgage consultant will be there to walk you through it.

Step 4: On to the process.

This is when it all begins! We will get to work behind-the-scenes processing and underwriting your loan. We will order your appraisal, handle your title work, deal with taxes and insurance and ensure that your current loan is paid off (if you’re refinancing). It’s rather boring stuff, but our cutting-edge technology allows us to do all of it before you could even begin to worry about it.

Step 5: We’ll wrap up all the loose ends.

When all the paper shuffling is said and done, we will contact you to set your closing date. We will go over all your paperwork before you actually close to make sure you’re happy with everything. If you’re not, just tell us. We’ll make every effort to address your concerns.

Step 6: Funding- Closing your loan.

When we are all in agreement and you give us the go-ahead, we’ll schedule your closing. We will make it easy – we’ll come to you for closing. Home, office, coffee shop…you name it. Tell us where to be and we’ll meet you there. Take a several minutes to sign your documents and take a deep breath – you’ve got a brand new mortgage! Is it that simple? We believe so.

Step 7: We’re your Lender for Life.

As part of our commitment to earning your business and trusting us with your referrals, we’ll get in touch periodically with newsletters that provide real-world advice and market updates to help you make future financial decisions with effective tips and news. You will also receive rewards and cool perks for being a valued client. And best of all – since we’re looking to be your lender of choice – we will monitor the market and your loan. If the market moves to benefit you in any way – we will contact you to let you know how we can help.
